Overview

DooDoodes is proud to offer professional, reliable pet waste removal services to residential and commercial clients across East Texas. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms exist to protect our team, provide transparency to our clients, and ensure a smooth and consistent experience for everyone we serve.

Our Services

Pet Waste Removal

Our core service is weekly dog waste removal. We conduct a careful, thorough sweep of your yard to ensure a clean, safe outdoor space for your family and pets. Our team is trained to be efficient and respectful of your property.

Add-On: Yard Deodorizing

We offer an optional yard deodorizing service using a natural enzyme-based product designed to reduce odors where pets frequently roam. This service is best paired with our regular cleanups. Ingredients can be shared upon request. While adverse reactions in pets are rare, we recommend monitoring sensitive animals.

Add-On: Surface Sanitizing (For Commercial Clients)

For kennels, pet facilities, or yards with artificial turf, we offer a high-grade sanitizing spray designed to kill bacteria and viruses such as parvo and kennel cough. This solution is most effective on non-natural surfaces like gravel, turf, and concrete. It is not designed for full effectiveness on grass or soil.

 

Complimentary Light Pickup

As a courtesy, we’ll pick up small yard debris and toys we come across during your scheduled service. Trash will be bagged, and toys will be gathered safely to the side when possible. However, this is a secondary offering and does not include full yard cleanup.

Scheduling, Weather, and Skipped Visits

Regular Service Commitment

We aim to maintain weekly visits regardless of minor weather conditions. Light rain, heat, or cold won’t stop us from doing our job. If conditions are unsafe, we’ll notify you and reschedule as soon as possible.

Customer-Initiated Skips

If you'd like to skip a visit (due to vacation, construction, etc.), we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled service. Failure to notify us in time may result in a standard service charge, even if no cleanup is performed.

Missed visits may result in a buildup of waste, and we reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly (e.g., switching to a bi-weekly rate if waste volume increases).
 

If you skip service while your pets are off-site and our technician finds that dogs were clearly present during that period, we may apply a one-time or higher-rate cleanup fee at our discretion.

Access and Yard Conditions

Gate Access

Please ensure we have easy, reliable access to your yard. If your gate is locked, we’ll need a code or access instructions. Technicians are not permitted to climb fences or risk injury to access a property. If we cannot enter your yard, the visit may be charged as usual due to time and travel costs.

Yard Maintenance

Our ability to thoroughly remove pet waste depends on a reasonably maintained yard. Excessively tall grass, dense brush, or muddy terrain can make cleanup incomplete. We will always do our best, but we are not responsible for missed waste in overgrown or poorly maintained areas.

Pet Safety

To keep everyone safe, pets must be secured or brought inside during service visits. Our technicians will not enter a yard with loose, aggressive, or overly excited dogs. If a visit is skipped due to safety concerns, charges may still apply.

Payment and Billing

Rates

Our standard residential rate is $100/month, which includes one weekly cleanup. Additional services may incur additional charges. Commercial pricing is quoted separately. All prices are subject to applicable sales tax in the State of Texas.

Invoicing and Payments

Invoices are sent monthly and are due upon receipt. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and electronic payment platforms (e.g., Venmo, CashApp, PayPal). Cash is not accepted for regular service but tips are welcome and appreciated.

Failure to pay within 30 days may result in suspended service and potential referral to collections. We send reminders and are always open to communication before taking any action.

Rate Changes

Service rates are reviewed twice a year (June and December) to reflect inflation, fuel costs, routing efficiency, or significant changes in yard conditions. If your yard size or pet waste volume is higher than average, we may recommend a custom plan. Any rate changes will be communicated in advance.

Liability and Insurance

DooDoodes carries general liability coverage to protect against rare but possible damages caused during service. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to gates, fencing, or landscaping

  • Harm caused by pet products used (though all are considered pet-safe)

  • Yard damage related to poor access or weather conditions

Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Privacy and Marketing

We respect your privacy. We never sell or share personal information. Occasionally, we may take non-identifying photos of yards or pets to use for social media and marketing. These will never include house numbers, names, or sensitive information. If you prefer to opt out of marketing images, please let us know in writing.

Amendments to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. We’ll post the latest version on our website and notify customers of any major changes. Our aim is always to communicate clearly and operate in good faith.

Governing Law

All services are rendered in accordance with Texas law and are subject to applicable local and state taxes.
